I recently bought a new mobo, CPU, and GPU, and this probably sounds stupid, but what's the process of uninstalling windows and reinstalling information technology on the new motherboard? I used the Reset This PC selection in the settings bill of fare, just that merely reinstalled windows automatically and I was having bug when I put my new mobo in. In case you need them, specs are X99A Gaming Pro Carbon mobo, i7 6800k 3.4 ghz, and MSI 1070.
